The main draw singles event runs from Monday 10 June through to the Men’s Singles Final day on Sunday 16 June. It is held at the The Queen’s Club in West Kensington in London, Great Britain on grass courts and this year is the 110th staging of this tournament (began in 1884 and at it’s current location since 1890).
The 2012 men’s singles champion was No.6 seed Marin CILIC who defeated No.10 seed David NALBANDIAN in the final by default for unsportsmanlike conduct in accordance with rule M(4)(g) of the ATP player Code, with the score at 6-7 (3-7), 4-3 to win his seventh ATP singles title.
