  2. 1,073.75 – Irina Khromacheva from Russia, WTA rank = No.254
  3. 960.00 – Ashleigh Barty from Australia, WTA rank = No.327
  4. 822.50 – Anna Danilina from Kazakhstan, WTA rank = No.672
  5. 782.5 – Yulia Putintseva from Russia, WTA rank = No.122
  6. 775 – Elizaveta Kulichkova from Russia, WTA rank = No.977
  7. 702.50 – Eugenie Bouchard from Canada, WTA rank = No.352
  8. 682.50 – Chalena Scholl from the USA, WTA rank = No.711
  9. 647.50 – Indy De Vroome from the Netherlands, WTA rank = No.1,020
  10. 630.00 – Ons Jabeur from Tunisia, WTA rank No.482
  11. 630.00 – Grace Min from the USA, WTA rank = No.203

The number prior to the player’s name is their ranking points total.

16-year-old Taylor Townsend first achieved the No.1 ranking on the ITF Junior Tour on 23 April 2012. The left-handed Townsend won the 2012 Junior Australian Open singles event and in doing so earned 500 ITF Junior Ranking points. Townsend is pictured above at the 2011 US Open. The current WTA women’s singles No.416 in the world defeated the highest ranked ITF Junior girl on the women’s WTA ranking list (at No.122) Yulia Putintseva in the Junior Australian Open singles final in three sets.

17-year-old Irina Khromacheva was ranked No.1 on the ITF Junior Tour until Townsend took her long-held spot. The 1.67m Khromacheva was the runner-up at the 2011 Junior Wimbledon singles event and a semi finalist at the 2011 Junior Roland Garros singles event. The left-hander earned 180 ITF Junior Ranking points at Wimbledon and 120 points at Roland Garros.
