Singapore Tennis Lessons: What to Eat?

Should I watch what I eat? Yes I do, I really focus – I open my eyes wide πŸ˜†.
Here is my LUNCH, yes I try to eat a lot so that I do not lose weight and have plenty of energy on the tennis court for the entire day. Yes that is not a typo, I have to make a concerted effort not to lose weight. My goal is to stay strong and lean, with an emphasis on a strong sculpted body. πŸ‘ŠπŸ’₯
My biggest meal of the day is always lunch and by a long way. I try to just eat real food as much as time permits and a couple of sources of high protein.
For the most part I am a “planter”. I coin the term β€œplanter” to represent my choice of food i.e. eat plants and that derived from plants 🌱. Such as grains, seeds, nuts, beans, fruits and vegetables – it’s not a diet, it’s a choice of what I put into my body. As you can see pictured above, it’s a lot of food, so dieting it is definitely not. πŸ₯” πŸŽƒ πŸ₯¦ πŸ† πŸ₯‘Β πŸ„ 🌢 🌽 πŸ… πŸ‰ 🍎 🍌 πŸ’ πŸ‡ πŸ₯πŸ“Β Oh & I really love ❀️ a good peach!Β πŸ‘πŸ˜‰
