Please take careful note that a NO cancellation AT ALL is always the policy for all bookings.
In view of the prevailing ActiveSG terms and conditions of booking and using the tennis centre courts, the very strong competition to secure a court booking at all and the overwhelming demand for booking time slots – every confirmed booking cannot be cancelled/rescheduled at all.
Please always ONLY book once you are sure you can attend. IF in the event the coach does not show up to honour a booking, you will of course not be charged and you will also receive one free booking as compensation.
FYI this has never happened once over the many years of bookings.
This NO cancellation AT ALL policy applies to EVERY booking. Of course this includes: all day and everyday: week days, recurring bookings, weekends, public holidays and ad hoc bookings. This policy is for all bookings, so includes at any tennis court whether at the tennis centre or at a condo.
The only exception, is when the notice received to request a cancellation is greater than 16 days in advance. This is due to being outside the ActiveSG timeframe of when court bookings and tennis lesson bookings would become locked in.
